All logos and artwork designs produced for a specific client by Cartoonandcomics.com belong solely to that client. We do not retain any rights to the logo or illustration designs created for you.

Cartoonandcomics.com does not assume any responsibility for the registration of logos and trademarks created for our clients. It is entirely the client’s right and responsibility to register their logo and trademark or any illustrations created by Cartoonandcomics.com.

In the event of a client’s payment being rejected by their merchant or bank, all designs created by Cartoonandcomics.com will temporarily remain the property of Cartoonandcomics.com until the payment issues are resolved.

Until the client has made full payment for the package they have purchased, Cartoonandcomics.com will retain ownership rights of the designs.

In the unlikely event that designs created by Cartoonandcomics.com accidentally resemble another company’s design, we will provide a completely new set of design concepts to our client at no additional cost.

Once the design files are delivered to the client, Cartoonandcomics.com will have no ownership rights over the logo designs.

Cartoonandcomics.com reserves the right to display the designs on its website for promotional purposes.
