Here’s how the refund process works:
- The client can claim 100% money back within 24 hours after making the initial deposit to Cartoonandcomics.com.
- The 100% refund will only be processed if our team has not yet commenced any work on the client’s project.
In cases where the client has provided all necessary information to initiate the design project and then requests a refund, they will be entitled to receive 75% of the total amount.
When a money back agreement is mutually agreed upon, our finance team will initiate the refund process, which typically takes 6 to 8 working days for the funds to be transferred back to the client’s account. We prioritize transparency and are dedicated to ensuring a smooth and fair refund process for our valued clients.
Our refund policy will not be effective under the following circumstances:
- Changing the required style completely after the project has commenced.
- Approval of one of our draft/sketch design concepts, as this disqualifies the claim for 100% money back.
- Engaging another company simultaneously while we are working on your design and making comparisons, which negates the eligibility for a refund.
Failure to communicate with us within 6 weeks after ordering a design service.
- Engaging in misbehavior or misconduct during communication with the project manager, resulting in the forfeiture of the 100% refund.
If none of the above events apply, you are entitled to claim our money back guarantee offer.
- Once the design work is completed and delivered to our client, refund requests will not be considered.
